OPPO has flagged the opening of its newest Service Centre in Melbourne’s CBD.

Marking the second centre of its kind in Australia, it will serve as an all-in-one hub for all Victorian OPPO customers – offering both walk-in and send-in services, as well as accessories to purchase.

Located on Collins Street in Melbourne, the Service Centre will process all in-warranty and out-of-warranty services, with the option for customers to pre-book online. In addition, OPPO is offering free screen replacements for a limited time, as well as welcome gifts for walk-in customers.

Michael Tran, Managing Director at OPPO Australia saif the centre will offer consumers the speed and convenience they require. “We know that being without your smartphone can be frustrating, so the new centre is all about delivering speed and convenience to customers. Our team of on-site engineers can make most repairs on the spot and within an hour,” said Tran.

For longer, more complex repairs, or if the device has been sent in, customers can track the repair status online using their IMEI number. Once the repair is completed, the device will be sent back to the customer’s home address.

“Customers always come first, as evidenced by our back-to-back win of Canstar Blue’s “Most satisfied customers” award. Our team of dedicated OPPO specialists will ensure customers receive world-class, speedy service to get them back up and running in no time,” added Tran.

The Service Centre is located at 459 Collins Street, Level 11 on the South Tower in Melbourne. It is open Monday-Friday from 9am-5:30pm and Sat-Sun from 10am-5pm excluding public holidays.
