US cloud access security broker Bitglass is continuing its drive into the Asia-Pacific region with the selection of international business tech distributor Westcon-Comstor as the company’s first value-added partner in New Zealand.

Westcon-Comstor offers a distribution portfolio featuring a broad range of security, collaboration, networking and data centre services, as well as a key set of cloud, services and global deployment capabilities.

Under the agreement,  Westcon-Comstor will help Bitglass to establish its local channel business in the region, create market momentum and build brand awareness. “They will also provide support for partner enablement, sales acceleration and technical accreditation,” said Bitglass.
