F5 Networks names new ANZ regional sales VP

F5 Networks has appointed Jason Baden as regional sales vice president for Australia and New Zealand.
Based in Sydney and reporting to Asia-Pacific, China and Japan SVP Adam Judd, Baden will be responsible for overseeing F5’s strategic operations driving growth in the region.
Baden brings some 20 years’ experience as a senior executive in the IT and telecommunications industry.
Prior to joining F5, he was country manager at Ruckus Networks and was responsible for leading the ANZ team strategy, as well as the integration of ARRIS following its acquisition of Ruckus Networks.
In addition, Baden has previously held roles at Juniper Networks, AXS-One, Airwide Solutions, and Optus.
“In an increasingly multi-cloud environment, ensuring security, speed and reliability of apps in the cloud has become essential," said Judd.
"We are at a point in ANZ where technology viability, affordability and expertise are finally hitting critical mass. Jason brings with him a huge amount of experience in the ANZ market. His relentless passion for delivering value to customers and meeting their needs will be a huge asset to our team."
