Sydney-based collaboration specialist TeleApps has launched a new range of information technology and telecommunication and managed services offerings, aimed at Australian SME businesses. TeleApps offers a suite of corporate telephony, contact centre and networking-based services, and has a customer base of some 100 SMEs in Australia.
"Traditionally, the company has focused on providing vendor agnostic solutions in these areas and will now use this industry experience in launching a suite of IT&T solutions along with a fully managed help desk for small and medium businesses," said TeleApps MD Sreeni Raghavan.
“The rise of cloud computing has ushered in big changes for small business," said Raghavan. "No longer limited to using in-house IT resources or expensive external organisations, businesses are able to mix and match internal and external platforms and services to meet their particular requirements. With most businesses in Australia being small businesses, our packaged service solutions will enable customers to focus on their core business.”
Specifically, the company is offering small and medium businesses with less than 250 users expertise and services in telephony, unified communications, collaboration, corporate networking, security, telco, internet services, WAN, contact centre and IT services.
